The prices
shown on the table are intended per week and include: VAT, water, bed
linen and towels (changed twice a week), Daikin air conditioning, shower
box with Jacuzzi, hair dryer, colour satellite TV in the bedroom and in
the living room, crockery and pottery, strong-box, telephone,
armour-plated door with electronic card, beach service with parasol and
two deckchairs. Pets are not allowed, even if they are of a very small
size.

General conditions:
The prices shown
above refer to a maximum of 4 (four) people per flat; it is absolutely
forbidden to give hospitality to guests non-registered soon after their arrival,
and in any case - if there is availability - it is obligatory to ask
permission to the management in order to carry out the necessary
registration.
The days of arrival
and departure are generally Saturdays (Sundays on request); the flats are
free for the new guests after h 15:00 and must be freed by the leaving
guests by h 10:00.
The bookings are
confirmed and effective on receipt of a booking fee of the 30% of the whole
amount agreed upon for the stay. The balance must be paid on arrival. In
case of renounce of a confirmed booking at the foreseen date, for any
reason and for any title, none excluded, the Sabbia d’Oro Residence
will keep the whole amount of the booking fee.
For early leaving
or late arrival it is not foreseen any reduction of the agreed price. The
Sabbia d’Oro Residence does not accept responsibility deriving from
the loss of personal belonging, valuable objects and money being kept in
the flats.
